Well, I decided to register my 3 AmEx cards and got all 9 available $10 statement credits. Several purchases I made resulted in duplicate emails, not sure why. Even took the wife to dinner, had her pay separately to get two credits. Not sure why I have never looked into this in years past but I won't forget again. Pretty awesome deal!

There was only one store I knew would be useful, I registered my PRG card and then ended up handing my HHonors card to my mom to go buy stuff. I registered my HHonors card a few hours later but Im wondering if I will still be able to receive the $10 credit.

According to how I understood the AmEx Small Business Saturday Terms & Conditions, eligible cards had to be pre registered by 11:59 PM Friday November 28. If you didn't already receive a thank you for participating email on the HHonors card your mom ended up using, then I doubt you will receive the credit at this point. You might try calling AmEx customer service, and see if they will grant you a retroactive exception.
Current Cards:
AmEx Platinum Charge: NPSL, $450 AF
AmEx Reserve Credit: $30K limit, $450 AF
Chase Slate Visa Credit: $32K limit, No AF
Future Strategy:
Near Term: Need a good MasterCard for places that won't accept AmEx or Visa
Long Term: Will downsize out of one or both current AmEx cards to reduce AFs

Thanks for the insight, I may try that after the charge post to the card and it doest take $10 off.

Would that also qualify for the 50% bonus, making it effectively 3x points? Or special offers like that are exempted from the 50% bonus?
Love: IHG, Platinum, Sallie Mae, AA Plat, CSP
Like: Discover, ED, BCE, Hyatt, Arrival, Freedom
Might drop: BrooksBros, Prestige (Costco PC?)
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold
Letting new accounts cool off since May
Really not sure what I'll add next or when

From the T&Cs:

How the Offer Works with Amex EveryDay Benefits:
The additional points awarded under this 2x Shop Small® offer will not be included when we calculate the 20% and 50% extra points benefit for Amex EveryDay Card products. For each dollar of purchases made during the Promotional Period at US Supermarkets that are also qualifying small business locations, enrolled Card Members will earn 1 additional Membership Reward point for each dollar of eligible purchases (for a total of 3 points for Amex EveryDay Cards, and 4 points for Amex EveryDay Preferred Cards). Purchases made at US gas stations do not qualify for additional points for this offer regardless of whether they appear on the Shop Small® Map.

So it sounds like you get 1 extra point per dollar, not 1.5.

My AU's card worked and I got the emails, three times, but after that, when I used my card, I didn't get the email, so I guess I won't get my cash back.

As long as you registered your card before using it, you'll be getting the credit. A lot of people reported not getting emails after making purchase. From past experience, they still given me my credit.
