Ha, yes, I know. I've done that too. That's just normal customer service/sales reps. A credit analyst/recon or EO have all the power. We were just curious, if they had called, who it would have been. But, OP said they did it online, so no big deal.

I've only done an app over the phone twice, when I was new to everything and didn't know that calling normal CSR/sales line is pointless. Plus, they are much more likely to type in your information completely wrong.
