Well, if they didn't figure it out before, I'm sure they've figured it out now, thanks to your post! It stands to reason that American Express monitors this site, as it serves as a "free" market research portal to the minds of their customers.
What I'd like to know is if the $25 per rental premium covers "loss of use" of the rented vehicle while it is being repaired. Or is that covered automatically by simply using the card to pay for the rental?
