In the last few weeks, Amex was kind enough to provide me with a CLI from $6100 to $9500. The CL increase is showing correctly on TU and EXP, however on my EQ report, my CL is now showing as $0 and my Highest Balance is showing the $9500 (It should be $2554, which is what TU and EXP show and is the correct figure). When my CL was $6100, EQ did in fact show that has my CL. It appears that somehow the CL of $9500 made it on the wrong line.
I called Amex Credit Reporting Department and they basically were not help - saying that they reported it correctly and that it is EQ's error. I finally got a live person at EQ and he just stated that they report what the creditors report. So, they are pointing fingers at each other.
Any advice on how I can get this corrected? Although my UTIL is very low, I doubt that this CL showing as $0 is helping any.
