It's important to note this guaranteed approval "bad credit" credit card does carry an annual fee of of $59 and a one-time processing fee of $99.95. It's a beneficial credit card for rebuilding credit because it reports to all 3 credit bureaus and there is no credit check.
If you have poor credit, you do not mind paying the fees, and you want a "black MasterCard" then you may be interested in this.
