last summer someone tried applying for a bunch of credit cards using my social security. they were not successful in opening any because they were using a different address than my credit file, but regardless it still did hard pulls on my credit report. how does one go about getting these taken off? will they still be counted after a year? i have great credit so i just want to make sure it stays that way.
